Refund policy

We will happily accept returns or exchanges.  Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase to hello@barkandhare.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Items will not be accepted if:

1) the item is not in it's original condition or is damaged

2) you received your item over 14 days ago 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item has been received and inspected we will send you an email confirming receipt of your item as well as notification on the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) being returned and exclude any shipping costs.

We are unable to compensate you for any shipping costs incurred for returning your item. 

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, we will happily facilitate this. Please follow the refund process above and post your item to the address provided. We will progress a refund once approved and ask you to place another order online for the item to you wish to exchange.
